The music video itself was art, so I had to make literal artworks based off of it. x)
Jimin still (top left) - acrylic paint (mixing the blue paints was sooooo therapeutic)
Omelas still (bottom middle) - washed-down markers (basically Crayola markers scribbled onto a styrofoam plate, and a Q-tip to transfer the color onto the card. It gives it kind of a hazy feel, which I really like, because it makes the three boys a better focus)
Taehyung & Jungkook polaroids (bottom left & right) - watercolor
Jungkook Malta still (top right) - watercolor (not actually from Spring Day but this one BTS fanart account on Instagram watercolored it and it sPoKe tO mE~~ for some reason, it conveyed such freeness and just kinda struck a chord for me. I really wanted to have a picture like this on my bedroom wall.)
Below are some more beautiful stills from the music video that were considered for painting (If you can't already tell, I ended up painting the first 2 lol). The other ones were too complicated but I still love admiring them.
